Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (retd) inaugurated the fifth Dehradun International Science and Technology Festival-2024 organized at Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technology University. More than 30 technical and scientific programs are being organized in this 4-day festival.
