Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat attended the closing ceremony of Baikunth Chaturdashi fair and awarded the winners of various competitions organized in the fair. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the police administration, municipal corporation and district administration for the successful organization of the fair.
