The doors of the third Kedarnath temple, Tungnath, will be closed for devotees on November 4. The doors of Tungnath were opened on May 10 and so far more than 1 lakh 20 thousand devotees have visited. After the doors are closed for winter, the Lord gives darshan at the winter seat, Shri Marketeshwar Temple, Makkumath.
