The devotee who was swept away in the Alaknanda river was rescued safely
The foot of Naval Kishore, a devotee who had come from Orissa to visit Shri Badrinath Dham, slipped while bathing on the banks of Alaknanda river. Due to this, he started flowing in the strong current of the river. The jawans on duty showed promptness and with the help of other local people, the said devotee was taken out safely from the strong current of the river in time and brought to the medical camp located in the temple premises. Where the devotee is healthy after the first aid given by the doctors.
